As many of you know, the past few months have been a bit hectic here at Insomnia Networks.

Regarding recently experienced network and server outages, we want to express our sincerest apology to you, our valued customer. To say the least, these issues have been an inconvenience to all of our hosting clients. Unfortunately, once an intruder has found his way in, it is nearly impossible to catch and fix the exact problem or to stop the person responsible. Now, after tireless efforts to identify and resolve the issue, we believe we have fully exposed the problem and taken every possible step, and more, to restore service and prevent further outages related to this issue.

In addition, we are continuously expanding and securing our services, so that we are not susceptible to attacks from hackers, worms or viruses. As part of our efforts in this area, I am pleased to announce the addition of new servers, monitoring services as well as new senior support staff. We hope that with these new additions, we will not have to deal with similar issues again.
